Hi - my children will be sharing a bedroom for a couple of years, any ideas on what color is good to paint it and how to decorate it? I'm getting 2 white full size beds and a white book shelf. As for decorations just try to keep them neutral, use a lot of wood and metal finishes that create a warm rustic feel and are appropriate for any gender. These also go well with white! On the book shelf I would designate certain shelves per child so that they have a specific place for their stuff.
