I had quite a layer of fat on my arms that I've been doing push ups to try to get rid of Feet up on yoga ball style push ups I am having issues with getting my arms to look good though. I continue to build muscle in my arms rather than just get rid of the fat and now I look like I have man arms because my body is getting smaller.
